At CARE, we always listen to our patients, and are continuously using your feedback to improve patients’ experience during treatment with us. We are very excited to share that we are starting a new, large patient experience research project, where we are hoping to talk with many patients about their treatment with CARE, as well as those who have yet to start treatment or are only just thinking about their fertility treatment options. We will use this extensive feedback to improve all aspects about how we work, from how we communicate with patients to what happens when you arrive for an appointment. But we need your help!

We know that our patients have an immense depth of knowledge about the fertility treatment journey, and we would love to hear what you have to say – positive or negative! We are particularly keen to speak with patients who have had treatment as an individual.

If you have had fertility treatment with CARE within the past two years, we would really appreciate your input into this valuable project. The research would involve a video call with our research team, and this call would be no more than an hour long.
