I don’t know if 11th counts as early but that’s my test day. Frozen transfer today of 2 Frosties - has fresh transfer on my first cycle in the summer but was a MMC at my viability scan sadly and then MCed properly two weeks after that. Trying to manage my expectations this time and just take each hurdle as it comes but my god the waiting is the hardest part of this process for me!

I didn’t test early last time which took some Will power but I didn’t want to risk a false positive from the trigger shot. I may not be able to hold out this time...!

How is everyone managing to pass the time?

Mo xx

Hi Natasha, great to have a cycle buddy! Fingers crossed for us both! Was yours a fresh or frozen? Was it a blastocyst? I’m trying really hard not to symptom spot but it’s so hard! It’s cruel that so many of the side effects of the drugs are the same as pregnancy! I’m going to try really hard not to test early, buts hard!

Hi Luckybabe, congratulations on your pregnancy, how exciting for you!

Hi Mo, you’re not far behind me then! So sorry to hear about your last cycle, that must have been so difficult. Fingers crossed for you this time! I’m trying to throw myself into my work which is making the days go quicker, it’s hard not to think about it though! After 3 failed IUIs I’m trying not to get my hopes up too much but also want to try and remain positive whilst there is hope! Like yo say, one day at a time 😀

Oh Louise and Natasha I am so jealous of you testing this week - are you holding out? This is worse (waiting wise) than last time I think!

Also can’t help but symptom check although I know that way madness lies! My moods are all over the place (terrible anxiety and the weekend and then rage all day today) which I can only put down to the industrial quantities of hormones I’m on. Last time was a fresh transfer so I was only in the pessaries 3x a day (delightful as they are). This time it’s one extra plus the tablets.

I’ve had mild cramping which I would describe more like twinges or pulling - I had that last time so I hope that means W2 and W3 are bedding in (W1 was our brave test pilot who didn’t make it past 6 weeks).

How is everyone else feeling and who else thinks they might test early 🙄

Yay Louise that’s brilliant news, congratulations!!!! You must be thrilled.

I’ve come this far and due to test on Wednesday so figure I’ll hold out - I’m amazed but I managed to wait last time and if it was positive (which for some reason I have a strong gut feeling it won’t be) it would only make the wait for the scan feel longer.

So excited for you! Xx

Looking for the slightest bit of reassurance to get me through the next 4 days.

This is my 2nd cycle. I had a grade 1 embaby transferred and Im currently 11dp3dt. (With my only egg).

I started the slippery slope of doing HPT 8dpt and kept getting a faint line, same 9dpt and same 10dpt morning and evening. They where very faint lines. But lines still.

This morning I woke up - NOTHING? Where did it go?

I’m so upset. There’s only 4 days left till my OTD. Has anyone had this before where a line just vanishes? (Then hopefully comes back). I don’t dare test again.

I was using the FRER tests. Has anyone read of people having a BFN at 11dpt and then going on to get a BFP.

I appreciate that the faint lines may have been the remainder of the trigger - if that’s the case might it still be too early for my own HCG to show up?

Help me. I think I may need sectioning after this.

Rhimellor it stil cud be too early to test it’s possible cud be trigger shot what was left or the test u are doin are not that good. Ya best thing is to keep testing day and nite and buy a clear blue one that will deffo tell u. What test did u use? I know the ones they provide are shocking mine was really faint on test day had me worried x

Well I held out until OTD but sadly (although as I expected) its a negative. OH and I both gutted but better this than a second miscarriage.

We have two more frozen embryo’s left of our total haul of 5 so will try again with those in the new year.

At least I can have a drink at Christmas!

Good luck everyone else xxx

I'm testing a week today. Staying strong so far!! Trying not to read anything into any slightly different feelings I'm having.

This is our first attempt and we've read the success rates so aren't holding out much hope but we're extremely lucky to have 5 frozen to try again next year
