Hi se924201

Sorry to hear your first cycle wasn’t successful. My situation is very similar to yours. 30yr old, unexplained fertility. I had my first fresh ICSI cycle in March that wasn’t successful, and then my first frozen in July (delays due to Covid)

It depends on your cycle when you can start. Once my protocol was finalised, I started Oestradiol tablets on day 1 of my cycle (18th June) after that. I had a couple of scans to check my lining and when it was thick enough my transfer was booked (7th July). A few days before the transfer I started Progesterone pessaries. So from start to transfer it was just under 3 weeks. Your protocol will be tailored for you, but I found the frozen cycle a lot more pleasant (if that’s even possible!)

Unfortunately this cycle ended in an early miscarriage, so I’m also booked in for my review consultation in September.

Fingers crossed all goes well for you x

Frozen transfer #1 07/07 - BFP (ended in CP 💔)
Frozen transfer #2 - Sept/Oct 20??
