FET natural cycle gestational length?

Hi all,

We previously had a 5 day blastocyst FET and the total gestation was 40 weeks as they calculated - through a controlled cycle of injections to down regulate etc.

Next time, we may go down the natural cycle route via 5 day blastocyst FET. So in other words, timing the ovulation and no injections!

Question is this - do they calculate the gestation as being 38 weeks or 40 weeks? Do they add 2 weeks on automatically for ovulation or do they know when you conceived so only count it as 38 weeks in total?

Thanks in advance. Online calculators aren’t quite answering my question.
