Red book health record - question

Heya

I noticed when the NHS print the label out with your child’s basics details like name, ethnicity and length of gestation, that both my children’s gestation is wrong.
I know it doesn’t matter but one was born 40+6 and the other 41+4 but both gestation periods were rounded up to 41 and 42 respectively.

Now, is that just simply rounded up or potentially an innocent error? Just going to check the red books again to see what else is in there!

Does anyone else have the gestational age of baby rounded up or down on their one?
