Absolutely no clue!

Hi, I’m 43 soon (as is fiancé) and have been trying unsuccessfully to fall pregnant naturally for the last 12 months, since a miscarriage at 11 wks last year. This is a sibling for our 2 yr old, conceived naturally when I was 40.
I am still ovulating according to lh tests and bbt

I’ve got an appointment with my GP on Thurs. I don’t even know what level of testing / support I could expect from the NHS as my age?

I guess I just want to know for sure if it’s possible to have another baby naturally or whether we need to think about getting help, time is ticking and I don’t know where to start with finding the right help, or even what that might be
Anyone have any recent experiences of NHS or whether I should just get in touch with Care sooner rather than later
